Danvers : "That section (I), Racing Rule 11, Page 11, be altered by the omission of all the Avords after " 9st" down to "accepted" inclusive. The Rule then to read "Tho top Aveightiu any Handicap shall not be less than 9st. The minimum Aveight in a hurdle race to be 9st 71b." Notice of motion by Mr. T. J. Ryan : " That in order to give practical effect to Rule 9, the election of a President, Treasurer, and Committee shall be conducted in the following manner : 1.
