WELLINGTON.
This day. "Major" Barker and Mrs Barker, of the Salvation Army, arrived by steamer from Lyttclton at 1.15 this afternoon. They were met by the officers of the lo jal '' Army and driven to the barracks, whore a formal welcome took place. To-morrow Mrs Barker will present colors to the corps, and the event will be celebrated by a monster tea fight.
