PORT OF NAPIER DEPARTURES. August. 29—Manaia, p.s., for Wairoa, with about fifteen passengers, a number of Avhom Averc Maoris. The p.s. Manaia, Capt. Baxter, got aAvay for AVairoa at 6.30 a.m. this day, taking a largo cargo and a number of passengers. The Union Company's steamer Taiaroa, Capt. Parsons, was to havo left AVellington for tho North at 4 o'clock this afternoon. Sho has 19 tons of cargo on board for here, and nut}' bo expected to arrive at about midday to-morrow. She will be tendered in tho bay for cargo and passengers, and at 4 p.m. is" advertised to sail for Gisborne and Auckland. The steamer Kiwi, Capt. James Campbell, was to havo left AVellington for the coast and Napier at ■> o'clock last night, and is due here to-movrow morning. She is announced to steam hence for AVellington at 2 p.m. the same day. The s.s. Fairy is alongside the barque Margaretha to-day getting a load of goods. The Union Company's steamers Ringarooma and Southern Cross, from Northern ports, aro duo hero on Sunday and Monday mornings respectively. [by cable.] Melbourne, Tuesday.
