PROPERTY DISPUTE. — SETTLING ISSUES FOR SUPREME COURT.
Auckland, This day. Tho case of Robert Cooper v. Coleman, Clark, Rees, and AVi Pere, which has been pending for some time, is likely to come before the Supreme Court shortly. The property in dispute is alleged to be worth £100,000, the mortgage under ivhich the disputed sale took place being for over £25,000. The issues were settled yesterday before Mr Justice Gillies, and the trial fixed for tbe sitting in October next,
