THE OTAGO HARBOR BOARD BILL.
Dunedin, This day,
At a meeting of the Harbor Board this morning it was decided to protest against alteration in the bill giving Dunedin only two members, as against three for Port Chalmers, and to urge that the representative clause be retained as originally drafted. Votes of thanks were passed, to the Hon. the Colonial Secretary and Messrs Oliver and M. AY. Green for their attention to the Board's interest.
