OTAGO LAND DUMMYISM.
Dunedin, This day. The plaintiff in the caso of Johnston v. the Waste Lauds Board, in Avhich tho Supreme Court here decided against his application for a mandamus to compel the Board to issue a license Avhich had been refused on suspicion of dummy ism, has given notice of appeal. The case Avill be re-heard at Wellington in November.
