CAPTURE OF A FORGER AND EMBEZZLER.

Heller, formerly connected Avith the Old English Fuvre and recently teacher at the Catholic schools here, left suddenly for Sydney. It was found that he had appropriated moneys of the Hibernian Society, and had forged'the Rev. Father Gniaty s signature to a cheque. The police at \\ eliiiigtoii were telegraphed to, but tne AVaktipu, in Avhich Heller avus hud sailed. Heller, however, avus arrested at Sydney on the arrival of the steamer. Sergt. 3lason leaves by the 3lanapuiin to take charge of him.
