Exhibition of American AVar panorama at AVaipawa to-night. The brethren of the Victoria Lodge of Freemasons hold their regular monthly meeting in the Masonic Hall, Munroc-street, at 7.30 to-night. Nominations for tho Handicap Hurdles, Spring Handicap, and Flying Handicap, to be run at the Jockey Club's spring meeting in October, close to-night at the Criterion Hotel.

Messrs Banner and Liddle sell on the premises, Shakespeare road, at 11 a.m. tomorroAv, tho whole of Mr Pinhome's household furniture and effects.

Tenders for the erection of a hquse on the hills must be sent in not later than tomorrow.

The Bond of Unity Lodge, 1.0. G.T., meets to-night and in future in the Methodist Free Church school-room, Carlylestreet.

The creditors of AVilliam King, of Tarawera, earner, a bankrupt, hoid their first meeting at the Court House, Napier, at 2 p.m. to-morrow. Mr' Smith, Assistant Surveyor-General, invites tenders for the construction of a bridge, with approaches, over the Hinemaiai river, on the Taupo and Murimotu road.

Mr F. W. Garner has a country residence within five miles of Napier, and allotments in Napier and Ormondville, for sale. An advertiser has a section of land, containing about half-an-acre, for sale, a bargain. " Bona Fide," office of this paper, wants to purchase a building section in Napier. _ IMr Lyndon holds a land sale at WaipaAva on Thursday, Avhen several sections in the WaipaAva and Patangata districts will be offered.
