The action against tho proprietors of tho Sydney Morning Herald for contempt of Court in publishing articles reflecting upon the conduct of Mr Justice Sims in connection with tbe libel case Anderson v. the proprietor of the same journal, Avas commenced to-day and partly board, but at the rising of the Court was adjourned to Monday next. , The captain of the Patban Avas summoned to-day for neglecting to provide passengers with proper food, and Avas sentenced to pay a fine of £10.
