Watson v. Alfred J. James. —Claim £3 lis Bd, 1.0. U. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs 12s, solicitor's fee £1 Is, and witness's expensos os. Dixon v. John Page.—Claim £2 4s lOd, goods. Judgmont for plain tiff, with costs 7s. Somo nineteen other cases were either confessed, adjourned, or settled out of Court.
