Bendall t. Ross, of Tauranga.—Claim £30 13s lOd. Judgment for plaintiff for £21 and costs. Breuer v. Lucas.—Claim £7. Judgment for plaintiff with costs Loughran v. Gemmell.—Claim £4 us. Judgment for tho plaintiff for £2, and costs of Court divided. Sturley v. Maloney.—Claim £41 for rent. Caso nonsuited with costs. A number of cases were settled out of Court, and others adjourned. CRIMINAL CASES. J. Powdrcll v. Elwin.—Abusive language. Fined 10s and costs. A. Breuer and Fita (Nuhaka) were charged with supplying liquor to natives contrary to tho Licensing Act. Being the first cases of the kind a fino of 10s was imposed, with tho usual costs. A Mohaka native named Albert was fined £1 ss; and costs £3 18s, for drunkenness, and disorderly behaviour at Mohaka on two occasions this month.
