A littlo girl named Heath, at Archill, Avas attacked by a bull-dog muzzled, which caught hor by the body and held so tenaciously that three men AA'ith a tomahaAvk could not make the brute relinquish his hold. The dog* Avas ultimately despatched Avith two bullets. Tho girl is not expected to recover.
