A man named Edward Pine, a farm laborer, was crushed by a dray against a post at tho Cove on Thursday evening, and died from tho effects of his injuries. Dunedin, This day. Alexander Aitkcn, -U years old, fell over a fence while playing, and sustained injuries from which he died yesterday. IjcvEitCAnGiLr,, This day. On Thursday last the infant son of James McMillan, of South Invercargill, was left in charge of his sister, aged V 2 years. The girl lifted a pot of water off the fire, and when her back was turned her brother fell in, unci T.vas so severely sculdcd that he died this morning.
