Now, therefore, any person who considers himself aggrieved by his own name or that of any other person being entered on or omitted from the Roll of the Riding, or by the number of votes allotted to him, may* on or before tho 10th day of August, apply for relief to tho Resident Magistrate's Court at such time as shall be fixed for that purpose.
