AVhen the Bluff Harbor Board met today, Mr Craig objected to the minutes of the last adjourned meeting (at Avhich the chairman was appointed) as being inaccurate. Ho explained Avhat had been done, and held that the action then taken was illegal. Other members having moved the confirmation of the minutes, Mr Cross said ho did not object to Mr AVard as chairman, but he did object to the hole and corner work by Avhich'he had been elected. Ho contended that the adjourned meeting Avas irregular. After further discussion the chairman said he would resign if it Avas thought he held office illegally, but he was certain the majority of the members Avcre in his faA-or. He then put the motion to confirm the minutes, whereupon Mr Cross and Mr Craig retired, leaving no quorum. The meeting therefore lapsed.
