PORT OF NAPIER ARRIVALS. July 17 —Enterprise, brigantine, from Dunodin.

Tho brigantino Enterprise, Capt. Bell, from Dunedin, arrived in tho roadstead this foronoon, and was towed insido and berthed at tho breastwork by tho launch Boojum at 11.30 a.m. She left Dunedin last Thursday, and brings a full cargo of flour, oatmeal, oats, and general goods, to various consignees, the principal part, however, being consigned to her agents, Messrs Kinross and Co.

The Union Company's steamer Omapere, Captain Webster, finished discharging her cargo at the breastwork to-day, and at 4 o'olock this afternoon was to have steamed for Westport. The Wairoa pilot still reports a very heavy sea running on the bar at that place, bo that the departure of the steamers Manaia and Maori is further delayed.

Tho Union Steamship Company's s.s. Taioroa, Captain Parsons, having arrived in Wellington a little late, has been delayed there until to-day. She was to have loft at noon, and would, in that case, arrive here in good time to-morrow morning. She will be tendered in the bay on arrival for inailfi, passengers, and cargo, and at 4 p.m. the same day is announced to steam for Gisborno, Tauranga, and Auckland. [By Cable.] London, July 14. The mail steamer also sustained injury, and will have to bo repaired before proceeding , on her voyage this afternoon. She has on board spocie from Sydney to 'Frisco of the value of £1350. Sir Henry Parkes and Mr Archibald Forbes are passengers for 'Frisco. Passengers for Auckland—'Mrs F. B. Brough, Mrs StcpTiensoii and two children, Mrs Reed aud two children, Messrs F. Mainwariug, T. C. Case, S. P. Starr, and Goold.
