ACTION FOR RECOVERY OF UNACCOUNTED MONIES.
Wellington, This day. Before the Chief Justice to-day the case of Mokena Kohere, M. L. C, v. Reimenschnider (native interpreter) was brought on. The action is to recover upwards of £700, the amount of remuneration which the defendant is alleged not to have accounted for. It was agreed to defer the oase until the next sittings.
