THE POLITICAL CRISIS IN QUEENSLAND.—DISSOLUTION GRANTED. MELBOURNE. This day. In tho Assembly last night the Railway Management Bill was introduced. It pro-
vides for the appointment of three commissioners in addition to the Minister. The Government will endeavor to procure an experienced railway manager from England to act as ohairman of the board.
