At the Supreme Court to-day the Grand Jury returned a true bill against Mary Gramatica, for being an accessory after the fact in tho Lyell murder. OAving to the non-appearance of Mrs Cook, from AVellington, the Grand Jury adjourned till Tuesday next to consider the bigamy case. His Honor passed a sentence on F. J. Hodgson, late bank clerk, of twelve months' hard labor. He said thit the fact of tho prisoner haA'ing giA'cn CA'idence of contrition, and haA'ing shown where the balance of the money was, had been taken into consideration. The jury, after one hour and a-half's consideration, found John Tyrrell, proprietor of the Westport Star, guilty of inserting a letter containing a libel on Charles AVright, proprietor of the Buller News. The Judge inflicted a fine of £50, payable to Her Majesty.
