SPECIAL MEETING.
A special meeting of tho Council was then held for the purpose of confirming the making of a general rate of one shilling m the.C. Tho formal resolution confirming tho rate was moved by Cr. Lee, seconded by Cr. Graham, and carried. The Council then adjourned.
