RUMORS OF MR GLADSTONE ACCEPTING A PEERGAE.
THG IRISH CONVENTION ADJOURNED TILL THE AUTUMN. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES MADE BY AN IRISH INVINCIBLE.
LONDON. April 28. It is rumored that Mr Gladstone intends to accept a peerage and to assume the title of Earl of Mld'of.iian. The Australian and New Zealand Mortgage Company (Innited) has dechived a dividend of 10 per cent, for the past year, with bonus of ten shillings per share.

Kingston, the Irish Invincible, who was recently aivestcd in the County of Cumberland, and Deviue, another of the Fenians charged with conspiring to murder, have made important disclosures to the authorities. They allege that, besides the a«asi-. nation committee, other secret societies existed in Ireland, the object for which they were organised being tlic murder of prominent oSicials. They have given iu!l particulars to the police, and several additional arrejts will probably follow.
