Christcuurch, This day. Mr AVilson, MJi.R., and Captain Russell, members of the AVest Coast Railway Commission, arrived by the Manapouri yesterday. They had a meeting Avith Mi' Napier Bell, their Canterbmy colleague, and Captain Russell Avas elected chairman. The Commission -will proceed to take evidence immediately, and rvill afterwards probably inspect the various routes proposed for the line.
