THE CHINESE MURDER AT ROXBURGH.—MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE OF A MINER.
Dunkiun, This day. There is little or no additional news about tho murder of the Chinaman. The probability seems to be that the deed was committed by some rabbitcr, who may have tired into the cave as an act of wanton mischief, or for purposes of robbery. Another story which has .somewhat the aspect of sensation comes from Roxburgh, the scene of the Chinese murder. A miner named Henry Coulter has disappeared mysteriously. He was last seen iv the township about midnight on tho -1 th instant, being then the worse for liquor and known to have money about him. There was a rumor yesterday that his body had been found in the river, but it was incorrect.
