THE Napier Harbor Board, by virtue of all powers and authorities vested in them by "The Harbors Act, 1878," do hereby make the following Bye-IaAVS for the Port of Napier, and do hereby repeal all former Regulations (or any part or parts thereof) iv anywise inconsistent with, the Bye-laAvs hereby made. CARGO SHEDS. 1. —Cargo from any A-essel may be doposited in the sheds during wet Aveather, or when the business stores are closed, upon application being made to the AA'haifinger by the agents of the vessel. 2.—A1l goods deposited in the sheds to be removed within tAvelvo Avorking hours after the weather has, in the opinion of the wharfinger, sufficiently moderratcd to rlloav of the removal of such \ goods, or after the business store* are ,' open. A fee of three shillings per ton per diem Avill be charged upon all goods left in the sheds after such period. 3.—The agent of the A-essel to have possession of the keys of the shed during the time the goods are stored therein, and to bo responsible for the safe custody of such goods, and for any fees that are due or may become due thereon to the Napier Harbor Board. I.—The Napier Harbor Board do?s not hold itself responsible for the safety of any goods deposited in the Cargo sheds. examination sheds. All goods remaining in the examination sheds beyond forty-eight hours Avill be charged for at the folloAving rates.
