An inquest was held yesterday concerning the late fire at the Temperance Boarding House, but nothing startling came out, ancl a A-erdict was returned to the effect that the fire Avas accidental and OAving to a foul chimney. The hop picking is iioav nearly completed. The total acreage in the Nelson district under hops is 587 acres.
