It is understood that Air Copeland. Minister of AVorks, AviU at once resign Ids portfolio in consequence of the strictures passed
on his conduct at a banquet on Saturday last (St. Patrick's Day), Avhen he avus intoxicated, and made an injudicious speech in favor of Irishmen, but justified his refusal to grant a free raihvay pass to Mr Redmond."
