CONSTANTINOPLE.
February 21. It has transpired that the Porte has
caused an examination to be made into the circumstances attending the recent disturbances at Tripoli, during which the Italian fia" , was insulted at the consulate of that country, and has ordered that full reparation shall be made for the outrages committed during the riot.
