February 1-3. The Bonapartist Bill as amended in the Senate was under consideration iv the Chamber of Deputies to-day, when the amendment providing for the banishment of dynastic princes found guilty of attempts to subvert the Republic was considered. The Chamber refused to accept the amendment of the Senate, and substituted a clause providing for banishment without trial, thus confirming the compromise agreed upon on the Ist instant.
