LYTTELTON.
This day. The Borough Council will present the Governor with an address on his arrival, and the same will be done in Christchureh, where a triumphal arch is to be erected, but there is to be no procession as originally intended. The Union Insurance Company was sued yesterday on a fire policy, the premium on which amounted to £1010 11s. This is stated to be the largest fire premium over received south of the line.
