CHRISTCHURCH.
Wednesday. A summons, returnable on March 30th, has been taken out in the Supreme Court, calling upon Duncan M'Callum, of the Tambour-Major Company, to show cause why his. bankruptcy should not be annulled. Mr Frank Winness, President of the Working Men's Political Association, is to be nominated for Sclwyn.
