"TVTOTICE is hereby given that the Annual JL>l Election of five duly qualified persons, in each of the abovenamed Licensing Districts, to act as Members of the Licensing Committees for such Districts Avill be held on WEDNESDAY, the 2Stb day of February, 1883. Now, therefore, I hereby appoint the Office of the Town Clerk, Napier, as the place, and FRIDAY, the 23rd day of February, 1883, as the day, for the Nomination of Candidates for the said offices for each of the said Licensing Districts, such Districts being identical and conterminous with the several Wards of the Borough.. And I hereby further give notice that Candidates must be Nominated by means of Nomination. .Papers, in the prescribed form, addressed to me and delivered at the said Office of the Town Clerk, before NOON of of the said 23rd day of February.
