SUPREME COURT, WELLINGTON.

Wellington, Tins Day. The criminal sittings of the Supremo Court were opened this morning. The Judge's charge to the Jury lasted only two minutes. He congratulated them on the lightness of the calendar, there being no cases of a serious character. True bills were found against Henry Freeman for housebreaking, Sarah Pamell for wounding, Julia O'Beirne for attempted suicide, and Peter Walsh for attempted larceny. No ' bill was found against Annie nUas Mary Brown, for larceny from the person ._ The trial of Freeman for housebreaking is proceeding.
