No entry Avill bo received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the StcAvards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon ail points shall bo final. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must bo addressed to the Secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than S p.m. on the several specified dates. The rules and weights of the IlawWs Bay Jockey Club Avill be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, Avill be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
