BOROUGH OF NAPIER. CHANGES OF APPOINTMENTS AND DUTIES. THE following- changes in the Duties and Appointments of the undermentioned Officers arc notified for general information : — MR R. WILLIAMS hitherto performing the duties of Valuer, Inspector of Nuisances, Inspector of Hackney Carriages, and Fire Inspector for Buildings, to be VALUER and CLERICAL ASSISTANT in Town Clerk's Office. MR W. BLACK at present Clerk of Works, aud Overseer of Roads to be INSPECTOR OF NUISANCES, INSPECTOR OF HACKNEY CARRIAGES, FIRE INSPECTOR FOR BUILDINGS, and BUILDING SURVEYOR, in addition to his other duties. Both Appointments to bear date Ist January, 1883. By order, M. N. BOWER, Town Clerk. Town Clerk's Office, Napier, Ist January, 1883.
