AUCKLAND.
December 30. Elizabeth Olsen, who was assaulted by her husband on Thursday, is still in a critical condition, but in good spirits. Dr Goldsbro' is of opinion that no immediate danger of her demise need be apprehended. Superintendent Thompson has arranged that io the event of a relapse the depositions of the woman shall be taken.
