No person allowed to enter a horse unless he is a subscriber of at least one guinea to the Club. All disputes, claims, or objections to be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, whose decision shall be final. All protests to be accompanied with a deposit of two guineas, to bo forfeited if the protest is considered fi ivolous. Three horses to start for each race or only half the money will bs given. " Hack ' Bhall mean a horse that has never started in a weight for age or handicap race. Nominations for the Maiden Plate (with ages of 1 horses) Handicap Hurdle Race, W.C.R.C. Handicap, and the Railway Handicap, accompanied with the necessary amount in cash, must be left with the Secretary at Kaikora not later than 8 p. m. on the 9th December. Weights will appear on the 15th December; Acceptances for the Handicap Huidie Race, W.C. R,C.
