December 1. The vital statistics for November are births 56, deaths 13, and marriages 8.

Mr Archibald Forbes delivered his third lecture last evening in Sloan's Theatre to an excellent audience. Shortly after the conclusion of the lecture a large company met Mr Forbes in Quisehler's Hotel, where he was entertained at a banquet. In response to the toast of his health the guest of the evening gave a happy and characteristic address.
