THE HA.RBOR BOARD OF NAPIBR, HAWKE'S BAY, hereby call for Designs for a Harbor to be Constructed at the Port of Napier Such Designs to be In accordance with conditions which will be supplied on application. A premium of five hundred pounds will be given for the Design which is selected and approved by the Judges, who will b6 Engineers of good standing.
