It is stated here that Judge Fenton retiree at the end of the month, and will become the agent for the London and New Zealand Native Land Company.
With regard to the petition of Patrick O'Hara, whose son was fined some four months ago for an alleged assault upon a number of Chinamen in the Domain, the Acting-Governor, having looked into his case, has remitted the fine and costs.
