(By Cable) London, September 16. Consols are unchanged at par. The New Zealand five per cent 10-40 loan remains at 105J-, ex-dividend, and the five pnr cent 1889 loan at 106| ; the four and a half per cent 1879-1904 loan has declined to 100|.' The market rate of discount has advanced to 4£ per cent ; bank rate, 5. The markets for colonial breadstuffs and tallow are without quotable change.
