PORT AHURIRI
The brigantine Lizzio Guy clearod at the Custom House to-day, and expects to s.iil for Pelorus Sound this afternoon in ballast. The topsail schooner Zior, Captain Botham, is taking in a. cargo of potatoes, and will probably sail for Auckland on Thursday nest. The Union Steamship Company's b.s. Boojum is announced to steam for Wairoa o*-/ 12 o'clock to-night. As an unfavorable report of the Wairoa bar was received yesterday afternoon, the departure of the p.s. Manaia was postponed, and she is now expected to leave at 12 o'clock to-night. The three-masted schooner Carl Graf Attems, Captain Bruel, is to clear at the Customs to-day, with a cargo of 2033 sacks of potatoes for Newcastle, New South 'Wales. A steamer was signalled from the South this forenoon, which was thought would probably prove to be the launch Bella, with a party of people taking soundings under the Kidnappers. The steamer Sir Donald, Captain J. Q.uinlan, is loading up for the coast to-day, and expects to Bail for Blackhead, Fairy Bay, and Waimararca about 12 o'clock to-night.
[I3Y CABLE.] London, September 16. The Orient steamship Garonne, which left Melbourne on July 24, arrived at Plymouth to-day.
