New Zealand securities. —Five per cent 10-40 loan, 107* ; five per cent 1889 loan, 106* ; four and a half per cent 1879-1904 loan, 1014, ex-dividend. Adelaide wheat, ex-warehouse, remains at 48s 6d, and New Zealand at 46s to 50s ; Adelaide flour, ex-warehouse, 355. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 2,210,000 quarters. Australian tallow is firm at 46s 6d for best mutton, and 45s 6d for best beef. The total stock in London to-day is 14,600 casks. Best Sydney copra is quoted at £18 10s, an advance of £1. There was a fair demand at to-day's wool auction. The catalogue comprised 10,500 bales. September 2. Consols have declined one-eighth, and are now at par. There are no other changes to report in the money market or in colonial produce. Hides are in good demand at £d to \A higher.
