At a meeting of clergymen and others it was decided to invite Mrs Bernard Moore to give a series of lectures on home nursing of the sick.
Steps were taken at a meeting last night to form a Jockey Club.
The vital statistics for August are as follows: — Births 58, deaths 20, and marriages 12.
