A circular has been issued to the Enplish clergy by Dr. Tait, Archbishop of Canterbury, in which the latter propoped that more direct communication should be established between the home and colonial churches, with a view to encourage the speed of Christian knowledge in the colonies, and for the spiritual benefit of emigrants.
