CAPTAIN RUSSELL AT TARADALE.

Captain Russell addressed the electors of Taradale last night. Mr A. McCartney occupied the chair. The address was a repetition of much that Captain Russell had previously said. At the close of the address Mr Rymer asked a number of questions relative to the Taradale bridge. Mr Thomas Jeffarcs moved a vote of confidence in Captain Russell, Mr Dolbel seconded the motion, and the chairman declared ifc carried by a large majority.
