SYDNEY.
November 18. In the Legislative Assembly last night the Attorney-General, in reply to a question, said that the question of instituting a prosecution in connection •with the Milburn Creek mine affair was under the consideration of the Cabinet. A child has died of small-pox, aDd another child residing in the same house is smitten with the disease.
