Mr F B. Suttor, the Postmaster' General takes the portfolio of Minister of Education, vice Sir John Robertson resigned, and Mr S. C. Brown becomes Postmaster-General, vice Mr Suttor. Tbe Hon. F. M. Darley will represent the Government in the Upper House, and hold office as Vice-President ot the Executive Council, vice Sir John Robertson.
