November 8. Baron De Kallay, Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, has issued a statement to the effect that his speech ia the Reichsrath yesterday has been incorrectly reported. He affirms that what he said was that " neither Italy nor Austria had anything to ask or fear of one another. The leaders of the Bosnian League have made an appeal to Mr Gladstone against what they term the oppression of Austria in Bosnia. ■ i' ____________ ■________—_«
