' No entry will be received for any race except upon i the condition that alt claims, disputes, and object'ons , arising fehall be decided by tbe Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points • shall be final. All protests miißt be accompanied with a deposit of 2 soys, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained.
