November 5. Dr. Neil, Superintendent of the Mount View Asylum, is appointed Superintendent of the Dunedin, and Seacliffe Asylum. It is understood that he will be succeeded here by Dr King, at present in Christchnrcb. The following intercolonial weather exchange has been received.—Sydney, Saturday morning. Light winds and rain in West Australia, moderate N.W. on the south coast, strong south wind at Hobart, and light N.E. in New South Wales. Depression eaet ot Tasmania. Barometer : Albany 300, Portland 29.9, Hobart 29.5. and Sydney 29 8.
